Why is it...
Post Body
When I was diagnosed with Celiac, like the first 6-7 months I'd get sick a lot, even without eating gluten. I'm now like a year in and eating the same diet and stuff, maybe even riskier to be honest, and not getting sick hardly ever?
What's up with that?
