Hello, everybody!
My symptoms: bloated after every meal, cramps, gurgling noises, smelly, soft pop sometimes and other times hard and small, tired after a meal sometimes.
I've been actively suffering from stomach problems for 2 years. It all began after my second wisdom tooth surgery, they gave me a lot of antibiotics and I think that's what killed everything good in my stomach. I've visited one doctor for almost a year, but he just gave me a bunch of tests (they were all negative) and gave me a medication for depression in the end, also used for IBS. That didn't help me. I switched a doctor. The new one found that I have Helicobacter. He also did a endoscopy on me, because he suspected it was celiac disease, and took a biopsy sample (I hope I wrote that correctly) and the result came as highly suspicious to be a minor gluten intolerance, to be precise I'll write it in latin: Dudoetnitis chronica cum lymphocytosis intraepithelialis (Marsh-Oberhuber type 1). I did a blood test for celiac antibodies two times in the last couple of years and it came negative. I'm not sure about this diagnosis and conclusion, because I read that you can get this result (Dudoetnitis) from different conditions, such as SIBO, as I suspect I have it for a long time.
My guestion is: did someone get a minor gluten intolerance because of SIBO, or was someone misdiagnosed for celiac when in reality it was SIBO all along?
