I was diagnosed with celiac in May/June of this year and I’ve been pretty diligent about avoiding gluten. I’ve recently started dating someone new and have gone out to a few unfamiliar restaurants in the last few weeks. I wasn’t especially careful about researching last nights restaurant and this was the first time I’ve gotten really sick since my diagnosis.
How do you guys deal with the days after getting glutened? My stomach is still pretty upset and I’m trying to take it easy with food, but I’m exhausted and foggy and I just feel like crap. Help!
