Just got diagnosed. Help?
Post Body

Im kind of overwhelmed at how much I can't eat anymore. I'm someone who loves to cook, but so many things I used up until now have some form of wheat/rye/barley. What are some good must have gf products or best replacement/substitution products you always have in your kitchen? If I looked in your fridge/pantry what will I always find?

Side note: I don't like relying on prepackaged stuff too heavily, and dont want that to change now that I have to be 100% gf. I want to be able to cook many quality gf recipes that would be good even to a starchivore like my partner as well.

If you can link me to a good gf "flour" style tortilla I can make I'd also be the world's happiest dude.

What do you wish someone had told you when you were first diagnosed? I've already started taking vitamins and have gotten rid of wood utensils and cutting boards, and I'm separating cupboards so I can have my own GF one. I know that cigars/blunt wraps sometimes have a glue that causes reactions. But I'm obviously still pretty new to the full on Celiac thing.

Thanks for taking the time to read this :)
