I enjoy Mancino’s GF bread but I wonder about how likely cross-contamination is/ how likely would I be to get sick from eating there? I was diagnosed a year ago & I am trying to be stricter on my GF diet and avoid as much cross-contamination as possible since I recently got glutened & idk from what.
If you don’t eat at Mancino’s it’s a “grinder” & pizza shop. So if y’all have any input about sub shops that may help as well! Pls excuse my naivety, i’m kinda new here 😅
