I’m about 2 months since diagnosis and new to this. I’ve been pretty good since then but today my friends did a food crawl in an area with small immigrant-run establishments, mostly Chinese, which is notorious for being hard with GF.
I tried to research places I could eat ahead of this but had limited luck. I didn’t eat anything that looked like it was literally made of wheat but definitely ate some questionable sauces. I have the blessing/challenge of being mostly asymptomatic and decided I was just going to let it go a little today.
Idk why I’m posting this really but I’m just a human going through something y’all might relate to. Not asking you to accept my choice but positive responses only please… y’all are scary sometimes ;)
