Nutritionist Frustration

I went to the Nutritionist at my Gastroenterologist yesterday. She's a kind and likeable woman who seemed very invested in her job. However everything she told me was stuff that I already knew and had no answers for the questions that I had for her. The only thing she had for me that was helpful or knowledge that I didn't already have was some local places I could go for food.
