Hi DPP - have a prompt here I'd like to explore with a celebrity/faceclaim if anyone is interested.

The basis of the story is around my character, a reasonably nerdy guy who was infatuated with you at high school. Of course, you were a cheerleader, and with the athletics guys and I never had a chance.

I had my offer of a place at Harvard and truthfully, I never really knew what happened to you. Fast forward to the present day. I'm 24 and living in New York City. I founded a healthcare app that just IPO'd and made me a billionaire overnight. The high school we attended asked me to come back to give a talk, and I was only too happy to oblige. Hoping to inspire the next generation; or at least stick it to the people that bullied me when I turned up in my Lamborghini sportscar.

The talk flew by, and whilst I was enjoying feeling like a celebrity (no one from the school ever made it as far as you! - the cooed) but I remembered why I hated this town. Small, backward and no real progress since I had left those years ago.

I was due to stay overnight in a motel just on the far side of the town, but as I drove past I pulled into the all night gas station instead. It was self serve, but I'm not too much of a spoilt rich kid to care - even though I did have a $400,000 car to fill. As I popped the door open, slid out of the driver seat in my jeans and t shirt, I took the fuel nozzle and waited for the authorisation. It was slow, and as I craned my neck to stare into the gas station itself I saw you. For the first time in years. Still beautiful, still catching my breath. But still....here? Another never flew wings and got away, but I'd expected more than to see you in a cheap gas station uniform at midnight.
