Hello everyone today I'm looking to play out an idea revolving around a new law that is put into place in order to allow all female celebs to be bought and sold at auction. The basic premise is that a new law passes in congress that allows Hollywood's elite to be purchased by those with enough cash. This can be any celeb from the top tier A-Listers to the bottom of the barrel influencers and internet stars.
