Miley Cyrus is a famous singer, and was a coach on two seasons of The Voice. She also voice acted in Bolt (starring John Travolta) as Penny and in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (starring Chris Pratt) as Mainframe in an uncredited cameo.

This links to "Tennessee Homesick Blues" by Dolly Parton. Miley Cyrus was born as "Destiny Hope Cyrus" in Franklin, Tennessee, and her godmother is Dolly Parton. The smiley face is a nod to her childhood nickname of "Smiley", which was eventually shortened to Miley.

The Pycto's image is Mattia Preti's painting Tomyris Plunges the Head of the Dead Cyrus Into a Vessel of Blood, which depicts the warrior queen Tomyris having the head of the recently vanquished Cyrus the Great submerged in blood in retribution for the death of her son. The hint given upon the Pycto's completion was "Many would claim that I lost my head some years back, but I would contend that I just can’t be tamed".

This refers to the beheading of Cyrus the Great, and also to Miley Cyrus's controversial and provocative persona that emerged in the 2010s. Can't Be Tamed is the title of her 2010 album, in which the Disney star first attempted to distance herself from her Hannah Montana image.
