Hi guys. Basig daghan mo nga frequent nagapa massage diri. Magpatudlo lang unta kog know-how pag magpa massage.

Nagapa massage nako pero always lang gyud na back massage or swedish ako ginarequest. Gusto unta ko mutry ug Ventosa massage next month kay wapako katry.

Unsa ba dapat iexpect nako pag Ventosa massage? Naa pud ba ka dapat iingon ana sa therapist nga duration sa pagsuction saimong likod?? Unsa pud aftercare ana (if naa man) para dali lang mawala ang circle marks saimong lawas?

Pls tambagi ko ninyo kay basig naa napud koy buhaton nga pakaulaw kaayo😭.
