Maayong gabii! Oops, hindi po ako Cebuana, taga Maynila po ako. Pero ever since college, interested na akong matuto ng Bisaya because of our professor wayback. And then, naging interested na rin ako sa culture and beautiful places ng Cebu City.

Lately lang, nagpunta ako ng Cebu and super naenjoy ko ang mga napuntahan ko, although hindi ko naikot talaga lahat kasi good for 1 week lang ako and in between those days ay may work po ako remotely. Cebuanos and Cebuanas are helpful, friendly, and I really find Bisaya dialect malambing.

Alam niyo po, this is crazy but I met a Cebuano through a dating app. We are on an on-off situationship for about four months already, and he was the one who pushed me to go to Cebu. I am not fond of traveling, but because of him I find traveling enjoying and a worthwhile experience. Finally, we met, and ate lechon before my flight back to Manila, and to be honest I want to come back because I miss him as much as I miss Cebu. I've known more about him that day and I still want to seize the moments of us knowing each other better. And it feels crazy that I am willing to travel miles just to be with him again.

Am I crazy for flying back just to have a second date with him again? If possible lang sana na maka-join na siya sa next destination ko sa Cebu :(

Ayun lang po. Hehe. At the end of it all, I love Cebu, so much. Thank you for all the worthwhile memories and I am still looking forward for more, this time with Cebuano na 🤞🏽
