basically the title says it all. desperado na kaayo ko magpa check kung unsay rason aning akoang insomnia. I've been having this problem since May this year and these last few months, nagka grabe na siya. 4-5 hours nalang akong tog permi nya di nako ka sleep balik.
I already tried those OTC sleeping pills pero to no avail, wa jud siyay gamit. I went to get myself checked pero yawa, Psychologist diay siya so ang consultation nahimong therapy session. and nope, wa ni gana iyang mga gi pang recommend.
Di na jud ko mahimotang bitaw, bahalag dako akong gastuonon basta mabalik lang jud akong tog pls lang im so fucking desperate I don't know what else to do.
