Things to do at cebu super late arrival

Good day! I am contemplating whether to spend my week in Cebu. Said that, my plane will arrive at like 01:30, so I am wondering if there are any things to do when I arrive at Cebu.
I hear seeing whales are a thing. But I have hard time finding airport pickup to Oslob and drop off at the hotel.
Or should I just lay back and relax at hotel?
Oh please help me wise Cebu people!
