I took a iPad mini 2021 and iPhone mini 13 sat they said I should hear by the end of the day they offered me 415.50 - I heard nothing say or Sunday so I contacted them online with order number, Facebook and Twitter.. I heard back Sunday from Facebook and Twitter that cex had emailed me and let me have correspondence via email customer service team- they said they will contact the store and get back to me in 24 hrs.

Nothing Monday (today) until 12.. they emailed again so say was lower offer and 397.50 because phone was c grade and usb lighting cable they had to put in as crack in mine one. To email back with yes or not to go ahead so they could let the store know.. I said yes but wondering why they didn’t phone me to say for new offer- as like first time I sold last week… I’m awaiting for emails for confirmation with receipt and payment confirmation- I doubt I’ll receive until Wednesday the way things are looking- overall a different experience in space of a week …
