What should I do about the snapping ?

Okay so they are mostly fine with eachother they are 3 months old and the kitten can stop the play whenever she wants. I'm a bit anxious about the snapping, I don't want to keep separating them because I want them to play together and I'm afraid if I keep preventing them they might stop interacting. Is there a way to stop the snapping ?
