Hi! I've been playing for 5 days and enjoy the cutiness a lot but couldn't find anywhere information about

A) dish order

Sometimes I want to finish special order, but the required thing is not crafted for several minutes, but sometimes 2-3 in a row are made. Is it random? Does it depend on proximity of facilities or skills/stars? Can I affect it anyhow?

B) dish price

How do proficiency and happiness affect prices? Is it better to place an 8 happiness 4* broccoli cat on making soup (and it will boost all soups) or it's better to place the cat on broccoli(and it will boost only broccoli dishes) and leave any random cat on making soup?

Can you help me figure it out?
