Your professor is a wolf girl. Though most wolf girls take on more physical jobs occasionally a few find that they have a passion for other jobs. The most popular explanation for such a drastic change in profession is that certain wolf girls simply have stronger instincts related to care that are in effect even if they’ve never had children nor are they expecting any.

These wolf girls make excellent teachers due to their caring nature and patience. While most of these wolf girls stick to basic education, some of them find jobs in higher education. Of course, them being monsters they do carry the same risks as any other monster in that position. Monsters age differently than humans and some don’t age at all. Wolf girls, like most other mammalian monsters, are similar to humans in their life cycle. The difference lies in their more animalistic instincts.

Wolf girls who have a strong instinct to care and nurture can find it easier to repress their heat instincts, though eventually age will cause their heat instincts to become unbearable which can make them even more aggressive than normal wolf girls. This can be avoided entirely if a wolf girl claims a human, but since these wolf girls often spend most of their time caught up in their work there’s little time for them to care about instincts that are covered up.

In most cases these wolf girls will wind up claiming single fathers, school staff, and even visitors. For wolf girls who teach in higher education there are many more choices. The most interesting thing about these wolf girls is that they won’t aggressively attack like other wolf girls. They are able to pick up on someone’s desire for them and when they are satisfied they get their prey by themselves. It’s important to note that these are the only wolf girls who will take “no” for an answer if they get this far.

Interestingly wolf girls who don’t maintain their body’s like wolf girls who work in physical jobs develop differently. Stronger wolf girls will develop harder features, visible muscles, and thicker fur. Other wolf girls actually develop softer, more mature looks, but still have the strength of the average wolf girl making them much more powerful than one would think at a glance. It’s believed that this is due to a trait carrying over from before the current demon lord took over which separated caregivers and warriors.

You aren’t quite sure how old your professor is, wolf girl teachers are difficult in that way, it’s not that their features appear old it’s that they appear more refined. You aren’t quite sure when you started feeling attracted to her. She’s kind and gentle, and no matter how much you fail to grasp her lessons she never gets upset. For the first time you actually feel bad for not doing well in a class because you know that she’s doing everything in her power to help you.

It’s not entirely your fault, you find that you get lost when you look at her. Her voice makes you feel weak and when she’s close to you it takes all your power to keep your eyes from drifting downwards. You’ve heard stories on how monster girls accept confessions easily, but you’ve never gotten the courage to say anything.

Now it’s the end of the semester and you know you bombed your final. You could take her class again, but you know that the same outcome would happen, and you’d be another few thousand down the drain. When you go to give your professor your answer sheet she takes a single look at it and whispers your name as you’re making your way to the door.

You sheepishly make your way back to her.

“I would like to see you after the other students leave, there are some things that I would like to go over with you and I’m sure that you’d prefer if we went over them privately.”

You nod and make your way to your seat; the entire time your professor’s piercing orange eyes bore through you.
