Catholic equivalent to Loving Kindness/Metta/Tonglen Meditation?

Hi, wondering if Catholicism has an equivalent to Buddhism's Metta, Tonglen, Loving Kindness meditation practices? Here are a couple of links for more info re Metta, Tonglen.
