For example, any organisations or apps that are geared towards resolving trauma specifically. I know there is Hallow, which is great, but it seems it's more of a generic prayer app, which obviously I do also pray.
The reason I ask this, is that looking for help with PTSD, etc, you tend to run into a lot of new-age type organisations, and I don't really like how some of them blend their own flavour of spirituality into trauma resolution. There's nothing wrong with trying to help someone spiritually as well as psychologically, but it's not for me if it's a bunch of false teachings, weird meditations and yoga bs thrown in there.
I would like something that's grounded in the Faith. Or at least totally secular with no added spirituality.
