Hello, I am a bit of a strange individual. However, in my academic pursuit, I have always wondered how and where the lapse of morality (sexually speaking) comes from. I do not indulge in pornography, however I do study it and view it. Not for for entertainment necessarily, but to define how these actions impact those involved and those around us, I am highly interested in studying how people act under these circumstances, and I am wondering if anyone would like to have a genuine discussion.
For me, when people have told me that extramarital sex is wrong, pornography is wrong, and certain practices are wrong, I became intrigued on how to study such things and examine them. For example, I am interested in how different people view at what point sexuality becomes amoral. Certain religions, an example being mormans, have developed practices that exploit loopholes aka "soaking." What I am genuinely interested in is the lines that exist, and where these lines should not be crossed.
I recently saw a post in truecatholics about forward thinkers, and early sexual morality ideas. One of the questions being where does it begin and end? Orgasm, or stimulation? If a man climaxes, may he continue to stimulate the wife, or is that considered something that should not be done?
I am interested in many things regarding philosophy, ethics, and religion, and am wondering if anyone would be wondering to have a discussion about the lesser spoken details of sexual morality.
Is there anyone who would like to have a serious conversation?
