Full Immersion Baptism?

This was posted to the FB page of a parish in the next town over from me. I didn’t think we did full immersion baptism? What am I looking at here? Is it allowed, but just not common practice? I’ve been Catholic for 7 years now, and I’ve never encountered this before.
