Is God actually omnipresent?

I’m not speaking strictly to the “presence” of God. I’m referring to God’s “consciousness” or his ability to see what’s going on. Why does God need angels, specifically watchers or Guardian angels to look out for humanity if he can be everywhere at once? Angels to bring messages, or smite evil doers?

Does the existence of angels imply that God is not truly omnipresent? By extension, does this mean God is not fully omnipotent, since his power would be limited by the fact he is not fully omnipresent?

Does God just like to “chill” most of the time and let his angels do his work for him?
