Some updates on the Matchmaker Form front:

Newcomers: As promised, anyone who signed up by 7 PM Eastern US time would be added to the form. The anonymized spreadsheet is now updated; all the newcomers are highlighted in a light shade of blue, and placed at the ends of their respective sex sections. If you already submitted rankings, feel free to resubmit, and I'll just delete your old submission. Unfortunately, I can't accept any more Phase 1 submissions.

Extension: I've extended the deadline for Phase 2 submissions to one week from now, the 23rd of March, in accordance with the grace period given for last-minute Phase 1 submissions. Matching will hopefully take place on the 24th.

Phase 3?: The nature of this matchmaking scheme means many people may go unmatched, at a far higher rate than before. I'm considering running the matchmaking algorithm, then among those who go unmatched, doing the old-style matchmaking of just pairing those who seem compatible together. Please let me know if this sounds good!

Future forms: Unfortunately I won't run a Matchmaking Form in April; I have to work on writing my thesis, which is due by late April. May is also iffy, because I have to present it and work on last-minute revisions. But June may work.
