The plane repair was done incorrectly, it was slapped in a simple metal and never noticed that the tail shouldve been changed instead of a simple basic repair, the plane had its doomed flight and had suffered a metal fatigue during its flight, the plane had a breakup mid-air and crashed into the Taiwan strait. 1 is the plane involved 2 is an animation of how the plane had its breakup mid-air. 3 is some wreckage of the fuselage. There are a total of 225 fatalities and nobody survived, this is the 2nd most deadliest China Airlines flight.
