Looking for tips on bringing in my outdoor cat inside.
Post Body

I have a cat that I raised he was a kitten, he's about a year old now and I feel like I've come a long way with him, but I want to bring him inside and I'm not sure if he's ready. He's a lover not a fighter, so it seems like he ends up with a new cut or scab every other day which is why I want to bring him inside.

I have been slowly acclimatizing him to coming inside to eat but it's still struggle to get him in the door. I have the opposite problem with this brother. The brother is not very sociable yet but has no problem just walking inside like he owns the place. Since the brother never comes back injured I'm not too concerned about bringing him inside yet.

The longest he's been inside is about 15 minutes, then he starts to get paranoid and paces around the door. I have always gone at his pace so he wouldn't be scared of me, but I was thinking about just closing the door and forcing him to explore the house instead of just eating near the door and running out.

Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated 😁
