Fiancee's cat is severely attacking her unprovoked

Post Body

My Fiance has a 7 year old cat and she's always been a little aggressive but lately she's been even more hyper aggressive. Attacking my fiancee when she's sitting, not moving or even looking at her. It's gotten so bad that she tears and bruises her up her arms and legs, even going so far as to jump on her back and attacking her. She has to literally peel her off and no form of walking away or deterring is working. We know it's not a Medical issue but she's in Turkey where animal psychologists aren't a thing and a Vet isn't really going to tell you much. Immediately after attacking her so viciously she'll try to cuddle her shortly after. My fiancee is absolutely terrified, I think some of her stress is causing it but that simply can't be all. She is actually getting mauled and while all of this sounds awful my fiancee really and truly loves her and wants to find out what's causing it and what we can do while we work on a solution. It's so bad she's spending the night at her dad's and going back tomorrow and we desperately need some sort of fix because this is honestly a nightmare. We need an immediate solution even if it's short term.
