Ok so found these two cuties "Momma thief" as I've dubbed her, and this little cutie decided it was a good idea to show up at random so now I've no clue what to do, according to some people in the neighborhood hers died a couple weeks ago. shelter won't take em I called a couple said they were full.
Located in Chicago and as there's a tornado warning and severe weather nothing can be done as of tonight tho good news is momma thief doesn't seem like she's going anywhere any time soon
I suppose the only real opposition I have to keeping them is I do in fact have rats and are concerned for them because they are friendly with literally anything, could eat em and they're still nice
I'm glad I did, the only frustrating part to me is I know who's kitten the little one is and it's momma is very much alive, I'm guessing the litter was left unattended and she took that as an opportunity
According to the neighbors, they think she must have stole it very recently as they hadn't seen her with it until earlier today, and she honestly does not seem to be a very good mother at that, she's left the kitten several times and while it wouldn't be a big deal, normally a mother wouldn't leave a kitten out in a storm, and she's not the best at letting it feed or good at being gentle with it
Yeah she definitely is it's adorable and it helps me sleep
Thank you it'd be very helpful because in the meantime I at the very least need a carrier and some food for mama
I had experience with paws in the past and I would personally never, I think I'm going to keep them for the meantime, as I the mama doesn't seem to want to leave and I really do enjoy their company, it's been a long time since I've had cats
Oh that would probably be an issue with her too she doesn't get along with other adults especially females it appears, that's why a neighbor couldn't keep them
That is like the best way to put it lmao I love it

Oh definitely, I couldn't even picture leaving her where I found her in that cardboard box she'd be dead rn and I'm so glad I didn't leave her
