What works to get her to stop?! This started a couple weeks ago. My cat is 4 years old and spayed, we've had her since she was 9 weeks old. The dog is a 2 year old lab whose crate is her safe spot. Recently, the cat has started peeing on the dog's bed in the crate. I think it's just out of spite. The first time, I think it was because her litterbox needed to be cleaned. The litterbox is not an issue. She has food and water. The dog's bed or any blanket in the crate is her only target. She is not acting out of the ordinary except for this new development. The pets get along for the most part - the dog gets on her nerves sometimes but nothing she hasn't dealt with since we got the dog as a 4 month old puppy. She is the dominant animal in the house. I clean the bed, get the smell out, put it back on the crate, and a day or two later, she pees on it again. What can I do to get her to stop? I haven't caught her in the act yet and I can't just close the crate door. Any products that are recommended to dissuade her from the crate?
