What is your go to activities for your perpetually bored kitties?

My boy is constantly screaming and staring at me. He is ALWAYS bored, nothing I do is ever enough. We play, I give him 4 dinners (small portions or he bolts all his food at once and throws up), I throw toys for him to chase, he gets occasional hallway time, I give him cuddles and kisses, I talk back to him, I make sure the litter is clean, I make dig boxes and lick mats, I'm even training him to do tricks.

Nothing is ever enough for him and idk what to do anymore ... The moment I sit down to do something for myself he starts up again. Im so sick of the constant whining. When I do anything else but give him attention he begins throwing things off tables and creating chaos around the apartment... I just can't take it anymore. It's to the point he sometimes bullies my other cat too, and feliway doesn't seem to help much. Also yes he has been to the vet and there is nothing wrong with him, perfectly healthy.

Please, I will take any suggestions. I just wanna be able to sit down and enjoy a peaceful evening, but he is driving me nuts.
