Picked up a stray cat

Post Body

So about two weeks ago I picked up a cute cat, it was a very cold night night in florida so as I walked out my car she was meowing at me and I couldn't just leave her there. I picked her up and brought her home, however, I can't keep her. I don't know what to do, should I take her to a humane society and have her checked for a microchip? I believes she's a part of a TNR program because she is spayed and has a clipped ear. So because of this I don't want the humane society to just dump her out on the streets again. She doesn't seem to have such a big interest in going outside anymore she just wants to eat, play and sleep comfortably. I guess essentially my questions is how can I successfully rehome this cat? Anyone working at a humane society know if they re-release TNR or TNVR cats? Thank you for yalls help <3
