kittens eating adult cat food

Post Body

my kitten is very picky it seems with food and we had tried a few different brands of dry food (even if he’ll pick at dry food, he won’t go near wet food), and eventually the one he seemed to eat the most of was the purina 0-1year kitten food. We ran out today, and i was supposed to grab some on the way back from college, but it completely slipped my mind. I gave him some of my adult cats dry food of the same brand and he really seemed to love that. At the end of the day with the kitten food, he will normally still have some left, but he ate it fairly quickly. i’m wondering if it would do any harm to keep him on the adult food (and possibly space out the portions because he was like a goblin when i put the adult food into his bowl😶)? he really seemed to prefer it.
