Flea cleaning

So i have a room infested with fleas, it is closed off and there is furnature still in there, we’re deciding to just empty that room out a treat it. whats the best course of action. Right now im thinking of isolating that room off with plastic so during furnature move out fleas dont go everywhere and anywhere.
