Hey guys! Going to adopt a cat very soon and was wondering what is the best litter that I can buy in bulk that won’t break the bank.

I have fostered a kitten and the folks at the rescue gave me a small bag of Dr. Elsey’s unscented litter and I personally didn’t mind it (again - I am new to all this stuff). It tracks a little bit but that can addressed by getting a high walled litter box and a big litter mat that traps the litter and I clean the litter box everyday so the smell wasn’t really an issue.

A 40 lb bag of Dr. Elsey’s is like $20 at Amazon. Which I think is awesome.

Is Dr. Elsey’s the best I can do in that price range? Or can I pay a little bit more for higher quality stuff?

Also, how does it compare to Arm & Hammer Clump and Seal? Is A&H vastly superior?

Edit: Just to clarify - by bulk I meant 30 lb bags/boxes/containers.
