My cat keeps yelling at the birds at 5am and it’s driving me nuts

I live in the top floor of a flat and theirs a birds nest on the roof. Every single morning my cat comes in my room and starts screaming into the corner where I think he can smell or hear the birds. Sometimes he’ll do it at the window too but his favourite spot is my bedside table right underneath where the nest is. I’ve tried ignoring him, sometimes I take him out the room but it’s actually making me go insane I just want him to shut up so I can sleep, why can’t he harass the birds as a reasonable hour?
