Should i let him go back outside?
Post Body

So i found this street kitten around my block, he had a sibling and a mom, they’re all black and i have tons of stray cats around this street so i took him to my house, he was a few weeks old, he's really cute and sweet and also really awkward, and for about a month he has done nothing but hide in my room he used to be under my bed for davs unless i was asleep until i blocked access to under my bed now so all he does is hide under my desk and cry. I have experience with cats and i have a girl thats sweet, but i dont know what to do, he just hides under my desk for literal days, when its time to eat he’s happy, but when its night time, he will try ripping open the door to the backyard with all he has, he will try climbing the door and make a lot of noise just trying to leave, he will cry and run away from me when i stand up. i opened the backdoor to test him and he almost ran out of excitement. I rily wanted to keep him but maybe not all cats are meant to stay in homes? He loves belly rubs and affection but will never show gratitude for bein here, l've been trying to have a bond with him for days but he seems to just really wanna go back outside, should i just let him go??
