Advice on a second kitten!

Post Body

Grew up with pets but first time cat owner!

I am home all day right now, but that may change as work changes in the future.

I adopted an incredibly sweet, a little needy, high energy 11 week old boy. Hes fixed and has all of his shots etc.

Its only been two days, and I found all of these articles on how much better two is. And Im totally on board! I just have read conflicting advice.

So same personalities? Not opposite?

My boy is talkative, cuddly when he’s sleepy, then a little zoomie guy for playing. Im home a lot right now so I just play with him constantly. But I figure he needs a sibling, and it’s still really early since he’s only been here for a little and took to my space FAST.

House is kitten proofed, toys are everywhere, two bowls, two litter boxes. He’s spoiled already.

So, Is it ok if he’s been here a little longer?

Advice on gender, age gap, and personality match? Like I said he is soo sweet to me. Needy (which is ok to me), follows me around. But he does play rough!

Thank you in advance!

Also, yes I love Jackson Galaxy already and he inspired this!
