My bed is quite high. I recently adopted a small cat who doesn't seem to have a problem getting on and off - but am I hurting her in the long term?

Post Body
I recently adopted an amazing cat, who is quite small for her age. I live in a small house and she spends a lot of time in my bedroom with me
She doesn't seem to have any real problems jumping on or off my bed, which is ~3 feet above the ground. But am I hurting her in the long term by making her jump up and down? Should I create some form of steps?
