How to get a big cat to stop pushing other cats away when I'm petting them?

Post Body

Hi.

To keep a long story short, I may be taking on four littermates, 11 years old, that can't be separated (for long, anyway). I took two of them (Domino and Panther) to my house the other day. They're my ex's, so they know me pretty well by now.

The problem is that Domino is jealous. I've seen cats wack other cats when they want all the attention, but Domino is huge and just pushes everyone away. Right now, he's taking all the attention. Panther is smaller and Domino just shoves him aside when I'm trying to pet them both.

Is there anything I can do to stop this behavior? I love them, but it makes me consider not taking them on, because not only is four a lot of cats, but having one that just hogs all the attention and makes it difficult to love on them all is really difficult.
