The job is mostly checking new submissions to see if they break any of our rules, and action them accordingly.

This is a volunteering position, and we all do this for free. We try to do a good job though, so we have a trial period in place to make sure you're a good fit for our team. We'd expect you to stay active, be polite to users and communicate with us on Discord.

Experience moderating is not necessary. We do require you to have some knowledge on cats. You don't need to be a professional or know everything, but this sub is near impossible to mod if you know nothing about cats.
