I noticed the aeropress I use at home was so much better for single origin beans since it preserves (?) the more delicate flavours.
The moka pot on the other hand is great for when I want a good strong cup to keep me up through the shift.

My colleagues have an electric moka pot that you plug in like a kettle.
It never occurred to me that they existed but it's a game changer for places with very dire coffee.
