Winchester help request

Hi all, not sure if there is a more appropriate subreddit for this.. We are stuck at Colebrook Street car park, Winchester with probably a dead battery. I am trying to arrange a rescue but they have been delaying the arrival time. We have a 4 years old with us and our home is an hour away driving. Would anyone by any chance would be willing to help us jump start? I don't have the cables too. Please let me know if you are around and would help
