I kinda am confused as to why the laid off employees of this orange ecomm app seem to really trust the company despite them being laid off. I get it, they were paid severance pay pero di ko gets bakit pinagtatanggol pa din nila yung company?
I was in the same position 3 months ago and until now galit pa din ako sa company ko na yun. Pero sila, lame comparison daw yung Toni G vs retrenchment na nangyayari. Weird
