Architects and Interior Designers

Im not exactly sure if this is the right sub but Im just gonna put it out here. Im not hiring or looking for one yet. I recently bought a lot and I would like to get an idea on how much would it cost to hire them and some other stuff.
- Is it possible to have an architect do the interior design as well?
- Would that cost more or having a separate person do the interior design cost more?
- Would it be better to hire a company that does everything from design up to construction?
