Our company has started the hybrid WFH/On-site setup even before the pandemic started. Na enjoy ko naman sya to be fair because it has it's own perks. For example, I don't have to stress over the morning commute especially pag Mondays (which was my WFH schedule).
Although personally, I still prefer working in the office. Being an extrovert, it feels draining for me not to have a regular personal interaction. Plus, I have a mindset na as much as possible, I separate my personal and work space... Like, really two separate places (not within the house of course). I do miss the hybrid setup though, kasi it gives me variety din with my daily routine. It gives the balance of enjoying the perks of WFH.. Like minimal prep required before work, and more time back to do some personal stuff after. And at the same time, the human interaction and putting myself into "work" mode when in the office. Yung time I spend din when commuting pauwi gives me some time to decompress, especially if it was a stressful day at work. Pag WFH kasi, medyo challenging sya gawin (at least for me).
Grateful naman ako with my company na they were considerate enough sa welfare namin as employees, and fully embraced the WFH setup in the interim.. Pero nakaka miss din paminsan minsan yung adrenaline rush pag asa office.
