Vertigo induced panic attack
Post Body

A few days ago I suffered from a full blown panic attack caused by vertigo and had no choice but to call for the medic. They had to put me on oxygen because I was constantly throwing up and was hyperventilating. I also had to be monitored for a few hours but the lady was kind enough to calm me down. It's times like these that make me wish I was still on benzos. I've only had to be sent to the ER once due to a similar situation a few years ago except back then I was knocked out unconscious a handful of times. Panic/anxiety attacks have always been familiar to me due to my long history of having to deal with them. Most days beta-blockers and dietary supplements are enough to deal with them but it hasn't gotten this bad until the medic incident.

To those who have anxiety or are professional diagnosed, how do you deal with panic/anxiety attacks (minus medications)? I'm in dire need of help and I don't think I can seek professional help anytime soon with everything that's been happening plus financial struggles.

EDIT: If you're also suffering from vertigo, does it trigger your anxiety?
