What’s the most ridiculous rule you’ve encountered at work or school?

I was talking to some friends recently about weird rules we’ve had to follow, and it got me thinking...
For me, back in college, we weren’t allowed to bring water bottles into the library “to prevent spills,” but they had a café inside where people could buy drinks and coffee. It made no sense!
