Hello Reddit!
I normally get enough sleep naman on a daily basis pero I sleep at around 2am kasi 🥹 this Sunday, I’ll be participating in a tournament and will need to be at the venue by 7am and I can’t for the life of me sleep earlier because my body just doesnt cooperate.
What tablet/medication (if there’s any) can I take that is safe and will help me sleep early and get atleast 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep? I’ve heard antihistamine meds can help you do that but I wanna check with the people on here if they have better suggestions.
This is going to just be a one-time thing. (:
PS: dont need physical activities recos as a gym goer myself, I know it wont work.
PPS: I dont take melatonin and I don’t plan on buying a bottle (unless there’s a drugstore Im not aware of where I can buy just 1 or 2 tablets/gummies?)
