I'm currently attending a national convention of an industry organization here in a posh hotel in Clark. This organization has many private companies as members - and some government agencies. Most of the member companies send a handful of delegates to the convention - may bayad kasi na registration fee at around 16K din per delegate. Plus they need to be checked in at a hotel here in Clark if the attendees are from Manila or are far from the place. Two days kasi yung event. I think there are some 300-ish delegates in total.
But wow! BSP (yes, your central bank) sent 49 delegates. And this not even a banking convention. Wala lang... just posted this rant before I sleep. Ciao!
