Hi! For context, I am currently employed pero you know, it never hurts to look for better opportunities. I’m okay naman with the sahod and all, pero these past few days, parang nab-burn out na ako and naghahanap ako ng spark ganern.

I kept my Jobstreet profile open, and this company saw my profile and contacted me right away. Fast forward, I went through initial interview, and even final interview face to face. (The initial was online). They asked me what my current salary is, and I told them about it naman then asked my asking salary. They’ll evaluate daw muna ganon ganon. During my final interview, I asked the one who interviewed me (na hindi HR) na the salary will be coming from HR. So sabi ko, sige, baka after this day malaman ko from them if I passed the final interview.

Days passed, they called me na to say na we will proceed na to the next step of my application. They wanted me to start processing my medical requirements, etc. and hindi pa rin nila sinasabi kung magkano ba ipapasahod nila sa akin. Hahaha

I really like this company, kasi very different practice from my current company but same field pa rin. It’s just so hard to make a big step without any assurance kasi my passion won’t pay the bills. 🥹 Any tips? any insights? Hahaha
